The Brimont name has been in The Village of Webster for over 20 years. We started as Brimont Catering Corporation located just across the street from the now Bistro. For the first 8 years we operated a full-service deli and high-end catering to the Rochester and surrounding areas. Brimont moved to our location here at 24 W. Main Street over 13 years ago as Brimont Bistro. Our goal is for everyone to have a great experience and to want to come back. Good food takes time and, I assure you, it's worth it! At Brimont Bistro, we love what we do, we love our customers, we are thankful to each of you for the business and your support and, as always, we look forward to serving you!!!

Brimont Bistro is a small restaurant in the Village of Webster, NY. We serve a French-based cuisine with 56 seats inside between two floors, and during the summer season 40 additional seats are available on our outdoor patio. We serve both lunch and dinner, have a full bar and are also available for your catering needs. With the lunch menu from our old deli days, you will find a variety of wraps, sandwiches, and salads all made fresh to order. Our dinner menu combines French American cuisine in a fine dinning atmosphere, with an outstanding wine list that ensures your experience to be a memorable one. We look forward to serving you!
Meet the Chef
Please note that we are chefs, not cooks. We are professionally trained and truly care about each dish that comes out of our kitchen - it's our passion and it's in our blood! Chef Cody is a veteran who started cooking at the end of his service in the US NAVY before being trained at The New England Culinary Institute in Burlington, Vermont. Having grown up in Long Island, Chef Cody headed home after his time at the NECI and worked at several high end New York City restaurants including line cooking at The River Café Brooklyn Heights, Cienna on W 24th St., banquet chef at Tribeca Grill (Robert DiNero's Restaurant), and Montrachet on W. Broadway across from The Bubble Lounge. Cody served as a Saucier when Montrachet was one of the top restaurants under Executive Chef Remi Lauvand.
